Initial status after purchase order has been created.

Active

The status after clicking "Mark As Active". That means the purchase order is starting to process.

Discharged

The purchase order has been canceled by clicking "Discharge".

Transit

After clicking "Mark In Transit", this is going to be the status. Meaning that your purchase order is on it's way to your warehouse.

Note: You need to add products to your purchase order before you can select "Mark In Transit".

Completed

You have created the receipts by selecting the staging location, freight, condition, and number of products receiving. You'll be able to click "Finalize" and this is going to be the status of the purchase order.
