How do I manage user roles?

To manage user permission, please have the account owner go to Settings then User Roles. The CommerceJet team has added some default permission. However, account owners have the ability to create their own permission.

To create a new user role, simply go to Add new within the User Roles page. Then create a name for the new role.

To edit, simply select Edit on the role that the account owner would like to modify.

Once complete, simply click Update and have the user log out and log back in to ensure the new permissions for the role have been updated.
