In order to create a user, please ensure that you have adequate licenses to account for the increase in users. To check license status, have the account owner go to their profile by selecting their name on the top right corner of the app, then select Subscription.

On Subscription Slots, you will see how many current user slots.

To add or change the current number of slots:

1. Under Subscription Slots, click Change.

3. On the next page, Under Quantity, put the number of users you want to have.

4. Click Update.

Once the user count has been verified on the subscription page, go to the Users page on the left column.

To add a new user click the Invite button near the top right of the page. Then enter the user's Full Name, Email Address, and select the assigned Role. The user will receive an email with instructions to login into their account.
