1. Select Trading Partner --> Your eBay trading partner name à Click View

  2. Under Integration Details section Click Test Connection

  3. The results should be : “Error! Connection failure. You need to create the connection again” or “Success: Connection is Active” (see attached screenshot)

  4. If you receive, “Error! Connection failure. Please contact support at support@commercejet.com

  5. If items are still not listed, please ensure that the SKU field is populated on the eBay listing. This SKU field is required to successfully map items between eBay and CommerceJet.
