Follow this guide to integrate Logiwa Fulfillment with your trading partners in CommerceJet, process orders, and track shipments effectively.
Step 1: Select a Trading Partner
From the CommerceJet Dashboard, click on the Trading Partners tab. Then, click View next to the trading partner you want to add Logiwa Fulfillment to.
Step 2: Enable Logiwa Fulfillment
In the External Fulfillment field, click Manage. Choose Logiwa from the Fulfillment Service drop-down menu and click Save Changes.
Step 3: Assign Fulfillment to Orders
Go to the Sales Order section. Click View next to an order with Pending Fulfillment. In the Fulfillment Options, Logiwa will now be selected as the fulfillment service.
Step 4: Track Order Processing
Check the Order Status. When the order enters the processing stage, Logiwa will handle its fulfillment. The status in the Fulfillment field will eventually update to Shipped, confirming that Logiwa has shipped the order.
Step 5: View Fulfillment Details
Click View to open the order details. Here, you can view the fulfillment details provided by Logiwa, including the tracking number and other relevant shipment information.
Pro Tip: Regularly check your order statuses to ensure they are progressing as expected and follow up on any discrepancies quickly.
