Viewing Items by Location

Viewing items in a particular location within CommerceJet allows for better control of your inventory across multiple warehouses. This step-by-step guide will help you navigate the process easily, ensuring that you can track stock by location or product SKU.

Step 1: Access Reports

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Reports section to open your reporting tools.

Step 2: Select Inventory Report

Within the Reports menu, choose Inventory. This report displays a list of all your items.

Step 3: Apply Filters

To narrow down your results, filter by a specific Warehouse or enter the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the product you wish to locate.

1. Click the Filter button after setting your criteria.
2. The filtered results will show the product SKU, stock in all warehouses, stock in active warehouses, pending sales, and available-to-promise inventory.
   
   

Pro Tip: Consistent and descriptive naming conventions for warehouses and SKUs will help make filtering more efficient. For example, use names like “WH-LA” for Los Angeles warehouses or “SHOE-001-LA” for specific products.
