Processing returns in CommerceJet is simple and efficient. Follow these steps to successfully manage product returns and maintain accurate records.

Step 1: Access the Returns Section

From your CommerceJet Dashboard, go to the side menu and click on Returns. This will take you to the returns management section where you can process and track product returns.

Step 2: Start a New Return

To process a new return, click the Add New button. You’ll need to fill out the following details:

  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse where the return was received.
  • Trading Partner: Choose the trading partner associated with the return.
  • Reference Information: You can enter the Sales Order ID, Purchase Order Number, or Tracking Number related to the return.
  • Notes: Add a brief description of why the item was returned.

Once the details are entered, click Submit to continue.

Step 3: Add Returned Products

Click on Add Item to select the product that was returned. You will need to provide:

  • Product: Choose the product from your inventory.
  • Quantity: Enter the quantity of items being returned.
  • Condition: Specify the condition of the returned product (e.g., damaged, like new).

Once you’ve added the product and entered the required details, click Submit to save the return entry.

Step 4: Finalize the Return

After entering all the information and verifying that it’s accurate, click Finalize to complete the return process. If the return status is still pending, you can click View to review or edit the return before finalizing it.

Once finalized, the return is successfully processed and recorded in CommerceJet.

Step 5: Review and Manage Returns

If you need to check the details of a processed return, go to the Returns section and click View next to the return you want to review. You can manage the return from this page and make any necessary adjustments.

Success!

You’ve successfully processed a return in CommerceJet. Keeping your return process efficient helps maintain accurate records and improve customer satisfaction.
