Adding eBay as a Trading Partner

Adding eBay as a trading partner in CommerceJet enables seamless integration, allowing for efficient syncing of products, inventory, and orders between platforms. Follow this guide to complete the integration process.


Step 1: Access Trading Partner Setup

From your CommerceJet Dashboard, click on Trading Partners in the side menu. On the Trading Partners page, click the Add New button to begin adding a new trading partner.


Step 2: Select eBay as a Trading Partner

A list of available trading partners will appear. Select eBay from the list to begin the integration process. You will be redirected to the eBay login page.


Step 3: Log in to eBay and Grant Access

Enter your eBay credentials to log in. Once logged in, eBay will display the Review and Grant Application Access page. Review the information on this page to ensure you are granting CommerceJet the correct permissions. Click Agree and Continue to complete the authorization process.


Step 4: Complete Integration

Once you have granted access, the integration between eBay and CommerceJet is complete. CommerceJet will now sync products, inventory, and orders with your eBay store, streamlining your e-commerce operations.
