Step 1: Navigate to the Customers Section
From the CommerceJet Dashboard, click on Customers. This will take you to the Customers section where you can view, add, or manage customer information.
Step 2: Add a New Customer
To manually add a new customer, click on the Add New button. A form will appear, allowing you to enter the customer’s information.
- Name

- Other relevant details
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Double-check the accuracy of the information, particularly the customer’s name and email address, before clicking Submit. The customer will then be added to your list.
Step 3: Search for an Existing Customer
If you need to look up an existing customer’s details, use the Filter option. You can search by the customer’s name, company, or email address to quickly find their information.
Step 4: Edit Customer Information
To update a customer’s details, locate the customer in the Customers tab and click on View next to their name. This will take you to the Customer Details page where you can see their current information.
Click on Update to modify their details. Make the necessary changes (e.g., updating the email address) and remember to save. The updated details will be reflected in your customer list.
Step 5: View Associated Sales Orders
On the Customer Details page, you can also view sales orders linked to the customer. To see the details of a specific order, click the arrow on the right side of the order, which will take you directly to the sales order details.
