How to Manage Contacts (Internal)

Managing contacts in CommerceJet helps you efficiently organize warehouse contacts and related business operations. Follow this guide to add and manage contacts with ease.


Step 1: Navigate to the Contacts Section

From the CommerceJet Dashboard, click on Contacts. This will direct you to the Contacts section where you can manage all of your contact details.

Step 2: Add a New Contact

To create a new contact, click on the Add New button. A form will appear, prompting you to input the contact's name. Once entered, hit Submit to add the contact to your list.


Step 3: Add Contact Details

Once the contact has been added, you can provide additional details. Input the Phone Number and Email Address for the contact. Once you're done, click Update to save the information. You can also edit or delete a contact at any time as needed.

Step 4: Assign Contacts to Warehouses

Contacts in CommerceJet are mainly used to manage warehouse contacts. To assign a contact to a specific warehouse, navigate to the Warehouses section. Click View Contacts for the warehouse you want to manage.

If no contact is assigned, click Assign Contact. Use the drop-down menu to select the contact or search by name. Once you’ve chosen the correct contact, hit Submit to assign them to the warehouse.
