Integrating shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS into CommerceJet allows seamless communication between your warehouses and shipping partners. Follow this guide to configure carrier credentials and manage them efficiently.
Step 1: Navigate to Carrier Credentials
From the CommerceJet Dashboard, locate and click on Settings in the side menu. From the drop-down list, select Carrier Credentials. This will take you to the Shipping Carrier Credentials page.
Step 2: Configure Shipping Carrier
On the Shipping Carrier Credentials page, you’ll see a list of supported carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS via Stamps.com. To integrate a carrier, click the Configure button next to the carrier you wish to connect.
Step 3: Enter Shipping Carrier Credentials
A form will appear prompting you to enter the details for the carrier integration. Provide the following information:
- Contact Person's Full Name
- Role/Title associated with the account
- Account Number for the carrier
- Address linked to the carrier account
- Contact Information for the account
- Invoice Information if required (if you’ve received an invoice in the last 90 days)
Step 4: Finalize Integration
Once you’ve filled in all the required details, check the box to agree to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Then click Save to complete the integration process.
Step 5: Manage Carrier Credentials
If you need to update carrier credentials, click the Configure button next to the carrier and make any necessary changes. To remove a carrier, click the Remove button next to the carrier you wish to delete.
Pro Tip: Ensure that all invoice information is up to date and assigned to the correct warehouse to avoid shipping errors. Assign carrier credentials to warehouses for efficient order processing.
